- Prepare *1 tbsp sake
- Make ready 1 tbsp potato starch (dissolved in 1 tbsp water)
A few months back I was craving wonton soup but there was no wonton wrapper in my fridge. Lightly dust your drained silken tofu with a bit of potato starch. This will provide an airy, crunchy exterior to your tofu once fried. Once hot, carefully place your tofu cubes inside and deep fry until golden brown.

- Just before eating, pour the ④ step's broth on the cutted in round slices tofu.
