  2. Let them cool a bit.Take out chickpeas in a separate bowl.
  3. Add boiled chickpeas, chopped tomatoes,onions, cucumber in a bowl.Sprinkle salt acc to taste, a tsp of olive oil (optional).
  4. Toss salad nicely. Garnish with coriander.Cover it & keep it in fridge for half & hour. Take out from fridge & then add roasted seeds.Seeds will crunch in salad.
  5. Enjoy fresh homemade healthy, tasty & filling chickpea salad.
  6. You can also grate paneer or add avocado chunks & capsicum chunks along with tandoori sauce if little calories are ok to you.I eat it raw so eat without any kind of sauces or seasoning.
