  1. Prepare maida dough and flatten it.
  2. Dust flour as required and roll slightly thick.
  3. Prick the flattered dough will fork.
  4. Place a small katori or bake 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.
  5. Deep fry in oil till it turns golden and crispy.
  6. Drain off over a kitchen paper and keep aside.
  7. Prepare chaat by assembling katori in a plate.
  8. Add in 1 tsp boiled chana.
  9. Boiled and cubed potato 2 tbsp.
  10. Moong sprouts, 1/2tsp green chutney, 1 tsp tamarind chutney and 1 tablespoon curd.
  11. Also sprinkle chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
  12. Add 1 tablespoon of onion and tomato garnish with some coriander leaves.
  13. Finally serve katori immediately sprinkling chaat masala over it.
