- Put broccoli potatoes and green peas in a microwave safe bowl. Add turmeric, a pinch salt and 2-3drops of cooking oil. Mix properly and cook in microwave for 3 mins.
- In a cooking pan heat oil. Add hing, panch phoron. Crackle and cook green chillies and onion till translucent. Then fry ginger-garlic for 1 min.
- Now add tomato puree, rest dry masala, dahi and mawa. Cook in med flame till the oil separate.
- Add half boiled veggies, 1 cup of water, adjust the salt, cover and cook till it's done.
