  15. Make ready 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  16. Make ready 1/4 tsp Whole Jeera
  17. Get Pinch Hing
  18. Make ready 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
  19. Prepare Salt as per taste
  20. Take 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
Instructions to make Paneer Pasanda:
  1. Firstly Take Cashew Nuts,poppy seeds and fresh cream and let it soak for 5 minutes.Now grind in Mixy to smooth Paste.
  2. Now separately grind onions
  3. Grind Tomatoes aswell
  4. Now heat oil and then add mustard seeds and Whole jeera,Hing,garlic paste,grinded onions.Now add Turmeric Powder and cook till Onions are golden brown.
  5. Now add Kasuri Methi,ginger paste,red chilli powder,dhaniya powder,Punjabi Sabzi Masala.Mix nicely and then add the tomato puree.
  6. Now cook till the oil starts to rise.
  7. Now add the chopped Capsicum and the cashew nuts fresh cream paste.Stir it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Now add the Paneer Cubes alongside Fresh Coriander and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  9. Alter as per taste.
  10. Now it's ready,garnish with some grated Paneer
