  5. Now in a big bowl add curd, sugar and whisk it well and after frying the gujiyas dip them in water to make it soft for few seconds.
  6. Now take out from water, squeeze very lightly and put them in whisked curd.
  7. Now before serving, place gujiya on a serving plate, pour the whisked curd, date and tamarind chutney, some mint chutney And also sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder and top it with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and serve.
