- In a large stock pot heat olive oil and butter, sauté onions and add garlic. ( Don't over cook the garlic)
- Add chopped rotisserie chicken and McCormick White Chili Seasoning then brown lightly. (Add additional oil if needed)
- Add all beans and chicken broth. Add more or less chicken broth for your preferred consistency.
- Add heavy Whipping Cream at the end.
- Garnish with cheese, lime tortilla strips, cilantro or green onions, sour cream and a slice of lime!
