- Soak chole for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
- Drain the water and boil it with maximum amount of water and salt.
- Make the gravy with chopped onion and tomatoes adding giner garlic paste and indian masalas like coriander powder, red chilli amd chola masala,tejpatta,green cardamom,little cinnamon stick and cloves.
- Mix well and saute it and mow add boiled chole and stir it
- Add green chilies and garnish it with coriander leaves
- Serve with bhature and lots of love
