- Prepare 1 tbsp chopped green grapes

- In a pressure cooker add washed beetroot salt water and cook till 4 whistles. 1 Beetroot divided into 2
- Peel and scoop the beetroot to give the shape of a bowl.
- To one half, Wipe the excess moisture with kitchen towel. Dust it with corn flour and keep aside.
- Heat oil for frying, and fry till crisp. Again drain it on kitchen towel.
- In the same oil fry, groundnut add salt, chilli powder, 1 pinch chat masala and black pepper powder.
- To the beetroot, add 1 tbsp fried groundnut, 1 tbs grated cheese. Layer likewise till the cavity is filled.
- In another mixing bowl, mix tomatoes, grapes, chopped beet(removed to make cavity.) Add chat masala and mix.
- Fill the other beetroot with mixed fruit-veggie salad.
- Serve warm.
