  1. Add 1 tbls Chilli oil to the frying pan add the onion and then garlic and chilli pepper. Fry for 2 minutes then add the mince meat mix in and fry until the mince is all coloured.
  2. Take off the heat and add the mixture to a bowl. Then add oats, and all the flour. Next mix it up then add the egg yolk. Stir and add more flour if its still sticky wet.

  6. Add the meatballs gently into the sauce cover with the sauce over the tops. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring it around occasionary.
  7. Add the meatballs to a serving bowl and pour what remains of the sauce on top. Then grate a little chedder cheese on top and serve with French fries or Spaghetti.
