  5. When veggies r almost done.. Add tomato puree,green chillies & coriander leaves cook for more 5 min.. turn off the flame..
  6. FOR KICHRI: Soak rice & moong daal for 1 hour.. Now wash both ingredients with water.. Add 3 cup clean water & allow to cook on low flame..
  7. When bubbles start.. remove the stem.. Now add salt,chicken powder & ghee..
  8. Cover the lid & cook till water dries.. Mash with spoon add more water if needed.. Now put on dum for about 10mins more..
  9. FOR ACHAAR: cut gajar & green chillies in jullian cut(the slices should b thick not to fine) add salt & leaves for half an hour..
  10. After half an hour salt release it's water.. drain out the water..
  11. Now add garlic,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander seeds & oil.. mix well
  12. TADAAA your sabzi kichri with gajar achaar is ready.. eat it & enjoy it🙂
