Steps to make Ghee parathas:
- In a bowl mix your flour and salt.
- Add warm water and 1½tbs ghee.knead to make dough
- Cover and set aside for half an hour.
- Knead again cut into small balls, roll and apply ghee.
- Make a ball and roll again.
- In a pan place your Paratha dough half cook it then flip the other side
- Now add some ghee and cook both sides till ready.
