  5. Stir until onions shrink slightly without browning.
  6. Add potatoes
  7. Add peanuts in after four minutes
  8. Add in soaked poha and mix gently until everything is combined well
  9. Cover and simmer for five minutes until flavours are absorbed well.
  10. Add 2 tbsp coconut, 2 tbsp coriander and tsp lemon juice, mix gently
