  5. Sgueeze to remove absorbed water here you can marinat soya chunks with little red chilli powder, salt,tumaice for 5 mintues if you like to preparing pulao masala
  6. Heat up the pan cloves,fennel seeds, cinnaman powder saute on low flame for 2 mintues
  7. Make into powder
  8. Cooking soya chunks pulao….
  9. Add oil, bay leaf,shahi jeera, cardmon, red chilli, chopped vagitable, salt turmeric,red chilli powder add soya chunks
  10. Cover and cook for 5-7 mintues in low heat so the chunks could absorb all the flavors of spices add water 3 cup
  11. Add fresh mint leaves & coriander leaves add brown rice
  12. Cook on high heat & bring to boil
  13. When it starts boil turn the heat to simmer, cover it and cook until the rice is perfectly done
  14. Turn off the heat
