  14. Take 3 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  15. Take 2 tsp coconut oil

  3. Increase the heat & add the tomatoes & 1 can of water. Bring to the boil & add the lentils.
  4. Simmer for 30 mins then add the chicken & cook for 5 mins. Add spinach & cook for a further 5 mins.
  5. Add 3 tbsp of natural yogurt to a bowl & add the lime & Coriander. Mix well. Season the Curry & serve
