  7. Prepare 1 tsp castor sugar

Divide mixture evenly between crepes, spreading almost to the edge. Fold drained mango into whipping cream. Mango Crepe desserts may look fancy but they are quite easy to make. Ripe mangoes are lightly cooked in sugar syrup, and a creamy white sauce topping is made separately.

Steps to make Mango Crepes:

  6. Place mango mixture into crepe and fold it into triangle shape
  7. Heat another pan and melt sugar, once sugar is caramelized add 1tsp mango pulp and mix it.
  8. Take serving plate arrange stuffed mango crepes and pour caramelized syrup and garnish with mango cubes and serve.

I'll be cooking mango crepes later. I've never cooked it before, but I hope it would taste really good. Add your second layer and repeat until you've used up all your crepes. For the mango season, you have to give your crepes a mango twist. Mango crepes are a wonderful way to start the day.
