  1. Wash clean the whole tilapia and squeeze lime juice to make the fish fresh. Marinate it with salt, pepper. turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garlic paste for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare dabu-dabu by adding red onion, tomatos, green chilli, salt, pepper and sugar into a bowl (heat proof). Heat the vegetable oil until hot, pour it to the bowl immediately and mix well.
  3. After the fish is marinated, fry it using deep fried method until crispy.
