- Now in a bowl add flour, salt and oil. mix well and knead it with required water. Make a soft dough like roti dough. Cover& leave it for 10 minutes.
- Now divide the dough into equal portions of desired size. If you want chapti bites then make small size.
- Now make thin roti.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and place roti on it.spread some oil around it and cook both sides like paratha.You will see golden blisters on it. Take out in a plate. Make all rotis this way.
- Now take a single roti/ paratha and spread some mayonnaise then place some stuffing in the centre and roll it.
- You can wrap it with wrapping paper or butter paper or can hold with the toothpick. Serve with Chutney or sauce.
