  4. Add the maple syrup and mix until dough like. Wrap in cling film and chill for 1 hour.

  6. Place the biscuits on the lined trays and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Remove biscuits from oven and add to cooling rack. Once cooled enjoy :-)
