  1. Get 4 cups flour(half mudu)

  7. Take 1 tsp yeast
  8. Prepare 1 tsp vanila essence (flavor)

  1. Sieve flour in bowl
  2. Add margarine and mix (rub) together well with clean Palm to enter the flour
  3. Break egg in small bowl and turn it into the flour, mix with palm
  4. Pour the evap milk into bowl, add the sugar and vanilla flavor stir
  5. Add the salt to the flour mixture with yeast
  6. Pour in the liquid mixture and rub well with palms until it's smooth (not sticky) cover and allow to rise for 20 minute
  7. Using back of clean silver tray or rolling board, sprinkle flour on it and cut quantity of dough, use coca cola bottle or rolling pin to roll the dough (not to flat)
  8. Use round shape cup (size of choice) to bring out the shape from the dough and form the hole at the middle with the mouth of coca cola bottle
  9. Repeat same process until dough finish, set aside in another tray, sprinkle flour and cover to rise again for 5/10 minute
  10. Heat oil in pan on medium flame, put the doughnuts to deep fry (the number the pan can take)
  11. Turn the side until golden brown
  12. Remove from oil to drain
  13. My doughnut is ready to serve.
