Steps to make Balerro cake:
  1. This cake will be a no bake cake. So fistly we have to make a base for that we will take our biscuits grind them finely in a grinder & add 1/2 bowl of desi ghee in the powder mix it well & give the cake a shape.
  2. Next layer would be the chocolate ferro fudge. For that heat a wok add black chocolate compound & let it melt completely, add crushed ferro rocher chocolate in it with milkmaid & mix it all together.
  3. Cook the mixture till it leaves the sides of the wok Once done transfer it to a flat bowl add 2 spoon milkmaid & vanilla essence on top mix sparely.
  4. Let it cool a bit & transfer it to the top of the cake base. In another bowl add 2-3 spoon milkmaid add chopped almonds & pour the mixture on top of ferro fudge making the last layer. Garnish it with grated chocolate, ferro rocher, almonds. You can even make the garnish with white chocolate and tutti frutti. Keep it in refrigerator for 30-35 mins to get it set. Enjoy!!
