  1. Sieve the flour and add in a bowl.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and 2tbs of cooking oil and rub in.
  3. Add the coconut and continue mixing then add warm water
  4. Add 1tbs of oil again and knead till the dough doesn't stick on your hands
  5. Cover with a cling film and let it rest for 30mins
  6. Roll the dough and cut it into smaller equal balls.
  7. Roll the small ball into thin round sheet and spread a little oil in between then fold again to get layers
  8. After doing the same to all balls let them rest for 5mins
  9. Roll them again and place on a cooking heated pan.
  10. Dry all sides then add a little oil on each side to cook well
  11. Place them on a tight tin. Cool and serve with beans or beef or lentils or any stew of your choice
