- Get 3 cups all purpose flour
- Make ready 1 bunch dhania, finely chopped
- Make ready 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 6 tbsp vegetable oil + more fore cooking
- Get 1 cup warm water
- Get to taste Salt and sugar
Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Add fried bitter gourd peels, mix well and set aside. Wash bitter gourd with water, squeeze out excess water and pat dry. Stuff prepared stuffing in bitter gourds and tied them with kitchen thread, set aside.
Steps to make Dhania and turmeric chapatis:
- In a large mixing bowl, add in all the ingridients and knead to a nice dough
- Cover and let rest for at least 15 minutes
- Dust your work surface and roll out the dough
- Smear some vegetable oil evenly and cut the dough into strips
- Roll the strips to a pinwheel
- Roll each pinwheel to a circular shape
- In a heated pan, cook the dough shapes, adding oil on both sides until it gets some golden brown patches
- Place them in an Underlined container and cover
- Serve hot with your desired stew…ENJOY!!!
