Instructions to make Biscuit brownie:
  1. First grind all the biscuits in mixer grinder.
  2. Now take out this powder in a bowl.
  3. Now add milk and beat well with hands till no lumps remain.
  4. Now add baking powder and baking soda and beat well with hands by cut and fold methods.
  5. The batter should be of smooth flowing consistency.
  6. Now grease the katoris or bowls in which you will bake them.
  7. Now first pour the batter intwo bowls or katoris and tap them to remove air bubbles.
  8. Now garnish them with melon seeds.
  9. Now take a wok and fill it with salt at bottom.
  10. Preheat the wok.
  11. Now place the two katoris filled with batter and cover the wok with lid.
  12. Let them cook on sim for few minutes till they are completely cooked.
  13. Now pour the rest of the batter in other two katoris or bowls andtap them and garnish them with tuttifruities.
  14. When 1 batch of two katoris are baked well,then place these bowls on salt bed and cover the wok with lid and let them cook on sim.
  15. Check all with the help of fork or knife if it comes out clean,then,they are baked well.
  16. Let them cool and then unmould them and serve.
