- Make ready 100 gms roasted peanuts
- Take 300 gms boiled chickpeas
- Make ready 50 gms chopped Coriander leaves

- Take 1 inch crushed ginger
- Make ready 3-4 garlic crushed garlic (optional)

- Take 20 gms dry Coriander
- Get 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
A delicious, filling and healthy lunch! Accompany your homemade falafel with a fresh mange tout salad for a healthy, feel-good meal. Pulse the chickpeas, spinach, garlic, curry powder, flour and some seasoning in a food processor. Falafel is one of those foods that I wish I had in my fridge all the time.
Instructions to make Falafel with spinach:
- Bring overnight soaked chickpeas in a pressure cooker with 2-3 glasses of water on the stove,add pinch of salt in it. After 6-7 whistles switch off the gas. Then open the pressure cooker and put chickpeas on a plate.
- Now bring fresh spinach clean,wash and cut them. Boil 4 glasses of water in a pan. When water starts boiling add chopped spinach in it. Boil for 2-3 minutes. After that separate spinach from water.bring roasted peanuts.
- Remove cover of roasted peanuts and blend them properly.keep aside.
- Now mix all chickpeas like dough. Add spinach, blend peanuts in it.
- Now bring all spices in a pan on the stove at medium flame. Roast all spices and blend them. Add in upper mixture. Add salt, Coriander leaves,ginger,garlic and chilli's in it. Mix all stuff properly.
- Now make round shape like given picture.
- Bring a griddle (tava) on stove add little bit butter/ghee on it,spread on it. Now add round shape on tava at medium flame. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip the stuff and cook other side. Apply ghee again on it. After 2-3 minutes it will be cook. Bring in a plate. Now it is ready to be served.
- Chickpeas spinach tikka is a very healthy diet. This is fully loaded with proteins,iron and many health benifical nutritions. So try everyone. And enjoy the recipe. Serve with tomato ketchup,green sauce or curd.
