Granola is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. Granola is something which I have loved my whole life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

  1. Get Grains (~ 3 cups)
  2. Make ready 2 cups rolled oats
  3. Make ready 1 cup buckwheat groats

  5. Prepare 1 cup walnuts/cashew/almonds unroasted
  6. Take 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  7. Take 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  8. Get 2 tbs white sesame seeds
  9. Make ready Wet ingredients (~1 cup)
  10. Take 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup maple syrup/ honey
  12. Make ready 1/4 cup Cold pressed Coconut/ Extra virgin olive oil
  13. Get 1 tsp vanilla/almond extract
  14. Make ready 1/2 tsp sea salt
  15. Make ready Dried fruits/ Others (~ 1 cup)
  16. Take Cranberries/Blue berries/ Raisins/Dried coconut chips
Steps to make Granola:
  1. Bake the nuts & seeds 150C, 15min. If there is no time, this baking can be skipped. They will still turn out fine.
  2. Boil liquids over slow fire~ till liquid boils. Off fire, add the extracts if using.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients with the warm liquid.
  4. Stir in salt. Salt is essential to balance the sweetness of the sweeteners.
  5. Bake at 150C, 45min. Stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Mix in the dried fruits after baking is completed. Let granola cool before breaking them up.
  7. Great with yoghurt &/or milk.
