  16. Take 1 tsp corriander seeds
  17. Take Additional spices: (no need to put in blender)
  18. Prepare 2 pcs bay leaves
  19. Prepare 5 pcs lime leaves
  20. Prepare 4 stalks lemongrass (smashed)

  4. Add salt, pepper, chicken seasoning to taste.
  5. To serve: In a bowl, arrange the glass noddle, cabbage, bean sprout, chopped tomatoes, boiled egg, shredded chicken meat, spring onion, fried shallots, and pour the soup over it. We like to add: black sweet soya sauce, lime and chilli :)
