  1. Spray 8"x 8" baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook 3- 4 minutes, then add chicken, a little salt and pepper and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add cooked pasta to the chicken mixture. I add about 1/2 cup mozzarella to the chicken mixture.
  4. Add the jar of alfredo sauce to the chicken and pasta mixture. Stir until combined.
  5. Put mixture in the prepared baking dish, cover with mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted
  7. I serve this with salad and garlic bread.
