Steps to make Super bread:
- Warm the water up a bit (around 40 degrees) and mix with yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add flour and butter and knead for 5-10 minutes. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about an hour.
- Tip it out on a floured surface and knead gently to get rid of any big air bubbles. Shape into a loaf and put in a greased bread tin, rise for another 45 minutes.
- Heat the oven up to 200 degrees and bake the bread for 35 minutes. Let it cool down for 10 minutes before taking it out of the tin. Enjoy!
