  2. Chop piyaz,adrak,lehsun finely.chop timatar as well.keep aside.
  3. Mix salt,haldi,kashmiri lal mirch powder in dahi well.add chopped piyaz,lehsun,adrak,timatar in qeema & mix well.keep aside.
  4. Take all dry masala in a plate.keep Tawa at medium flame.add zeera & sabut dhania at tawa& fry a less then a minute.add sabut lal mirch & saute together a minute.
  5. Add all sabut garam masala, fry 30 sec.add qeema at tawa & mix well with all dry masala at medium flame.qeema start releasing it's water,fry all together for 5 min at medium flame & then cover with lid. Let it cook for 10 min at low-medium flame.
  6. Steam will build up inside lid which help to cook qeema.opn lid & check,colour of qeema has changed.mix again now add dahi mix masala in qeema.
  7. Mix qeema well with dahi,keep heat medium.fry for 5 min.then again cover with lid & let it cook for 10 min at low to medium heat.liquid content from dahi + timatar help qeema to cooked nicely.
  8. When lid is opened,qeema colour & smell has totally changed & it's cooked.now add oil slowly in qeema, and fry it in oil for minutes till the oil comes at surface.
  9. Fry qeema in oil & add hari mirchain we like a little raw or kacha texture of hari mirch so i dont cook mirchain much.you can steam them if you like.
