  2. In a bowl sieve 1 cup of maida, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix them well using a hand whisk.
  3. Let the chocolate and butter mixture cool and then add the dry ingredients by parts in the chocolate-butter mixture so that there are no lumps formed. Using a spatula mix the wet and dry ingredients by cut and fold method.
  4. Now to the thick mixture add slowly 1/4 cup of milk and with the help of spatula mix it well. If there is a need to add 2 tbsp of milk more and fold it gently with the help of spatula.
  5. Preheat the oven or otg at 180°C for 10 minutes. Add the mixture to the baking tray which can any shape whichever is desired.
  6. After the preheating is done place the baking tray on the lower rack at 180°C for 32 minutes.
  7. After 32 mins check that the brownie is cooked completely. Let the cooked brownie cool for 30 mins and then unmould it and enjoy..
