- Heat the milk and melt the butter in it then tip into a bowl - leave to cool. Add the yeast to the flour, sugar and salt then mix, in liquid. Using your hands, work everything to a rough but evenly mixed dough.

Add the mushrooms and top with the cheese of your choice. Roll the dough into a loaf, tucking the ends. Cover dough and let rise in a warm place until doubled.
