  1. Chop onion, tomatoes, garlic,ginger and make a fine paste of it
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add Cumin, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf
  3. After few seconds add cumin powder, turmeric, red chill powder and dry fenugreek leaves fry for a minute
  4. Add onion, tomato paste to it, fry it for 8 to 10 minutes till oil separates, then add shallow fried cauliflower florets
  5. Add water cook it till cauliflower become soft and eat with multi grain tortilla wrap with onion cucumber salad πŸ₯—
