  6. So once the meat is tender.you can prep the matoke bananas:peel and put in bowl of water scrub off the sticky outside using a teethed butter knife.
  7. Prep the matoke bananas:..Then chop up into smaller pieces..Then add in a sufuria /Pan..together with the meat.add about 2 or 3 cups water.then simmer until bananas are tender and the sauce is more thicker…
