Aloo Gobi mutter is an awesome combination as subji for both roti and rice. My family loves potato, cauliflower and peas. So this is a winning combo. I make aloo gobi simply with onion and tomato, but this one is a spicy version with ginger garlic and other spices.

    1. Clean the florets and keep aside. Wash and cook the peas keep aside. If you are using frozen one just wash and keep. - - 2. Cut onion and tomato into fine pieces and keep aside. - - 3. Heat oil in pan add cumin, onion. Saute till onion turns into mirror stage. Now add ginger garlic paste.
    1. Once this done add tomato and mix nicely. Now add all the powders and salt. Close the lid and cook till tomato mash up and masalas get cooked. - - 5. Now add gobi and peas saute a bit and add a cup of water. - - 6. Close with lid and cook until all the vegetables are tender. don't over cook all the florets will mash up. we need nice and crispy florets.
    1. Now open the lid and cook for another 5 minutes in low flame. - - 8. Garnish with little coriander leaves serve with any roti.
