Agidi Jollof is a Nigerian meal that is eaten anytime of the day. It is made with corn flour (corn starch) just as you do with the normal Agidi, but the pink or red color is achieved by adding tomato stew to it.   1. Pick ur beans to remove dirt's, place in a pressure pot,add little salt,onions and water to cover the beans a little and boil for abt 40-45 mins.
  2. Once d beans is done and soft, add ur crayfish,dry pepper,knorr,cinnamon,palm oil,Stir to incorporate everything,Cover and cook for a few mins.
  3. Stir again,taste for salt and correct accordingly and cook for 2-3 mins.
  4. Ur beans is ready, enjoy with Agidi,dodo or any other dish.
