Instructions to make Velvety heart:
  1. Heat milk in a kadai till it reaches boiling, stir it continuously, then add sugar and cardamom essence mix it throughly,
  2. Then add agar agar mixture and cook and stir it continuously for 2 minutes. When the mixture reaches boiling, you will notice the milk to be in a crudle state (Dont worry, it is a part of the recipe). Immediately transfer the mixture in a heat proof glass dish and store it for 15 minutes in the refrigerator to set it. Now the white layer is complete.
  3. After 15 minutes, heat water in a kadai, add sugar, red colour and agar agar mixture. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add lemon juice and mix properly. Then pour the mixture on the white layer. Then store it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve cold in any shape you desire.
