  6. Add salt & oil & mix well till the flour becomes grainy
  7. Slowly add water for the dough
  8. Knead with cut & fold method
  9. Cover with a damp muslin cloth & keep in a dry hot place for proofing
  10. Check after 1/2 an hour.. the dough doubles up & becomes light
  11. Now on a flat table, sprinkle some dry flour & knead the dough again thoroghly
  12. Keep it again in bowl covering with moist muslin cloth for 20 mins.for proofing
  13. For the final stage, once again sprinkle little flour, knead dough & make small balls
  14. Grease a baking dish(I use my cake mould) place the dough balls little far for each other
  15. Cover the dish with the moist cloth again for 15 mins.
  16. The balls with rise little & gets bigger
  17. Put the dish in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 20 mins.
  18. Take them out & transfer on a wire rack
  19. Apply melted butter with a brush when hot to give a nice glaze
  20. The buns are ready for serving as burgers, vada pao, with soup or just with butter.
