  5. Shape the meatballs a golf ball size and colour in a pan with a little olive oil. Remove from the pan and add in your tomato sauce.
  6. Place your meatballs in the sauce and slowly simmer with a lid until they are cooked through.
  7. Serve with pasta or simply enjoy as they are

For the meatballs, add the bread crumbs to the milk to moisten. Mix all the meatball ingredients together with the bread crumb mixture. Shape into golf ball sized balls, and gently drop into the simmering sauce. Add the meatballs to the pan (working in batches if necessary) and brown meatballs, turning once. While the meatballs are browning, heat the marinara sauce in a stockpot over medium heat.
