- Add eggs and start kneading dough. Then the milk, it should be slightly warm to the touch. Knead the dough well till smooth and pliable, about 5mins. Put a tablespoon of oil in a bowl and coat dough once, cover and let rise till double
- Punch down and portion into sizeable buns. Grease a tray and line with parchment paper. Arrange buns on top and cover, let rise again till double.
- Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 20-25mins
