  3. Add the egg, coconut milk and warm milk and for a dough.
  4. Add oil once your dough is ready and let it sit for an hour.(I left mine for 6 hours since I had to rush to the office)
  5. On a smooth clean surface, apply cooking all and set out a quarter of the dough
  6. Heat your oil on medium heat for 5 minutes
  7. Roll it out and cut to desired shapes
  8. Fry the mandazis until golden brown and set them aside for cooling. I use aluminium foil to cover them.
  9. Enjoy with a hot cup of tea.
