Preparation Place the coriander, cumin and vegetable curry powder in a small heavy-based frying pan and dry roast over low heat until dark brown. When parts begin to brown, add the coconut milk, lime juice, curry powder and salt. The breadfruit should be tender like a cooked potato.   4. For tempering. Pan on a low fire added oil add musterd seeds. Onion Curry leaves. Cook for 1 minutes. Then add red chillies. Temper until all ingredients turn Golden colour. Pour the tempering in to Curry. Serve with rice and Curry.
