  1. Heat a thick bottom vessel pour the ghee.
  2. Roasted cashews, almonds, raisins and transfer the plate.
  3. Add rava or sooji in the vessel roast 2 to 3 minutes. Do not over roast also do not change the colour.
  4. Then add jaggery slowly and mix gently. Before you can boil the jaggery separately with water.
  5. After adding jaggery continuously mixed well.
  6. Then add 2nd extract of coconut milk and mix well. Continue mix the rava till it cooked, no lumps were formed. Add cardamom and dried ginger powder.
  7. After boiled completely again add the 1st extract of coconut milk.
  8. Then boiled it low flame. Finally add the roasted dry fruits, Now the payasam is ready to serve
  9. Tips: always keep 1cup coconut milk separately because after preparation rava payasam became sticky. So before serving u can add coconut milk and boil. Then it's luk very yummy.
