  1. Take a vessel. Put the milk in and let it boil. After it boils squeeze the lemon and keep stirring till the milk curdles and turns into paneer.
  2. Turn off the gas and strain the curdled milk in a strainer and wash it well in running water so that the lemon smell goes off.Squeeze out all the water from the paneer.
  3. Then put the paneer,sugar and blend it.
  4. Heat a Kadhai, and put this ground mixture in it.Then add the coconut milk powder & mix well.
  5. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.Keep stirring continuously. The mixture will get into a thick mass.
  6. Let it cool slightly then shape them into small balls and then slightly press it in the centre. Make similar Sandesh out of the remaining mixture.Garnish with sliced almonds or pistachios.
