- Take 2 tbsp oil
- Take 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- Prepare 1 Onion sliced
- Take 1 cup sliced cabbage
- Get 1 carrot sliced
- Take 1 capsicum sliced
- Get 1/2 beetroot sliced
- Get 1 tsp soya sauce
- Make ready 1 tsp vinegar
- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- Make ready 1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
- Make ready as per taste Salt
- Make ready as required chopped coriander leaves
- Prepare For Schezwan Chinese Dosa-
- Prepare as required Butter
- Take 1 cup schezwan Chutney
- Get 2 cups Chinese Noodles
- Prepare 2 cups Dosa batter
- Get as per taste Chat Masala
- Prepare as required Water for schezwan Chutney little running consistency
- Take For Serving:
- Take as required Coconut Chutney
- Get as required Schezwan Chutney

- Add sliced onion. Saute it till transparent. Add sliced beetroot, cabbage, carrot, capsicum. Saute it for a min.
- Add salt, soya sauce, red chilli sauce
- Along with green chilli sauce, vinegar. Mix it well and add boiled Noodles
- Mix it all well. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Add water to schezwan Chutney. Get all ready.
- Grease tawa, wipe it dry, pour a ladleful batter and spread slowly.
- Once the dosa ready from one side. Put the butter and schezwan Chutney. Spread it. Now put ready noodles in the middle.
- Sprinkle chat masala. Fold the dosa.
- Serve with schezwan Chutney and coconut Chutney.
