This is quick and super easy to prepare with easily available ingredients. Chinese Dosa is a delicous fusion main recipe. Interestingly, while this dish is full of flavours it is made with simple ingredients like chinese noodles, dosa batter, cabbage, capsicum, paneer, peas, lemon juice and some common spices. Loaded with Mumbai-special schezwan sauce and generous portions of cheese, this Chinese dosa is sure to be a winner.
Instructions to make Chinese Dosa:
- Make all the dosas into small pieces
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, green chillies and garlic, and fry until onion turns light brown
- Add carrot and capsicum, cook until they slightly tender
- Now add all the sauces, salt and pepper powder, mix properly for a minute in a low flame
- Add dosa pieces and mix properly and cook for 4-5 minutes by closing the lid
- Now garnish coriander leaves and Chinese dosa is ready to serve with coconut/pudhina chutney or sambar or tomato sauce
Sprinkle few drops of water to check whether the pan is sufficiently hot or not. When the water drops starts cracking, rub the pan with a cloth. Chinese Dosa is a healthy and tasty recipe with fusion of both Chinese and South Indian dishes.
