  2. Pour into the a greased loaf tin. - Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 30 to 40 minutes. Check with a tooth pick in the centre. If it comes out clean banana loaf is done.

I did add a couple of my favorite ingredients and it turned out oh so good. I also find a glass loaf pan works best. Peel the bananas and mash with a fork. Tip into a large mixing bowl.
