Steps to make Keema Masur Pulao:
- Wash the mince and keep in a strainer. Heat oil add the sliced onions fry till golden brown then add the mince till colour changes, then add ginger garlic paste, stir fry for a few mins.
- Add red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala cook till oil leaves the sides. Then add the soaked masur dal, and peas roast for a few mins. Then add the chopped tomatoes,salt cover and cook on medium flame till the peas are done
- Wash and cook the rice with cloves,black pepper corns,green cardamom jeera, dalchini,salt and jeera,rice should be cooked 3/4 done. Strain and keep aside
- In a large pot put a layer of rice then sprinkle fried onions, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves and raisins. Then put the cooked mince masala over the rice spread it gently. Then put the left rice on mince spread it evenly,sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, fried onions, put 2 to 3 drops of yellow and orange colour. Drop blob of ghee on the rice
- Place it on a griddle.Cover an cook on medium flame for 15 mins
