  7. Add coriander, jelapenos, red onion, sour cream and feta cheese.
  8. Place the corn tortilla in a frying pan, turn over after 20 seconds, wait another 20 seconds and transfer it to a plate, repeat for the other tortillas
  9. Heat the refried beans in the microwave for 2 minutes and spread a heaped spoon evenly on each tortilla
  10. Spoon the mexican egg mixture on to the torilla and garnish some more or eat it with guacamole
