Custard made using strawberries which taste simply delicious. I had some strawberry custard powder on hand so i used those. You can use normal custard powder if that is what you have.

The ingredients needed to make Strawberry Custard:
  1. Take 500 ml milk
  2. Get 2 tbsp Pink Custard powder
  3. Get 1/2 cup Sugar (or as per your taste)
  4. Take Few chopped straberries
  5. Get 1/3
  6. Prepare cup fresh Cream

I love the simplicity and rustic look of this dish, but it would also be beautiful with a big dollop of whipped cream and some fresh mint leaves on top. Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan and bring it to a boil. Take a large bowl, whisk egg and sugar together, until it turns soft and fluffy. Now add the rest of the milk to egg mixture.

Instructions to make Strawberry Custard:
  1. Heat a deep bottomed pan and pour milk + sugar and cook untill sugar dissolves.
  2. Mix Custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk properly and then add to the milk and whisk it well and cook for 4 to 5 mins by continuously stirring and turn off the flame
  3. Take serving bowls and put 1 to 2 tbsp of fresh cream in 1bowl and put some custard mixture and then put strwberry pieces then again put custard mix on top.similary make all the bowls.(I have make 3 bowls)
  4. Keep in refrigerator for 30 mins and serve chilled.
